Instagram Sales

  • At various times available cabs are offered on Instagram.  Claim them as directed.  If you’re making a purchase please send your email address immediately after the sale if I don’t have it on file.  I send invoices later that evening directly from my website.  Sometimes when I have a lot of sales, it may be the next day before your invoice goes out.  Towards the top of the invoice it says ‘pay’.  Click this and it takes you to Paypal to complete your transaction.
  • Reserves- Currently you can reserve a stone if it’s still being worked on.  If you see something you like- send me a message.  When it’s finished I’ll send you a pic and you can buy it.  However on sale days (Currently I post a batch of stones on Wednesday afternoons) I cannot take reserves to be fair to everyone.  I do post a lot of process pics.
  •  Generally speaking your stones will ship out the next weekday following payment. All packages ship via USPS first class.  Shipping is combined per order.  If you would like to combine shipping with anything from my site, please let me know.
  • Please pay your invoice within 48 hours. If there’s a problem or we need to make any special arrangements please let me know , I’m quite reasonable.
  • If you’d like to add to your order to save on shipping or to have a stone cut for you- please pay the invoice and I will be happy to hold off on shipping until you are finished shopping.  Additional purchases will be invoiced without shipping charges while your package is still in my hands. This is a new policy effective 08.01.16.
  • I’m happy to take on custom orders.  My stones are gaining in popularity and there is a wait list for orders.  (Thank you- I am so grateful for that!) When you message me I will let you know the current turnaround time.  If your request is better suited for another lapidary- I’ll do my best to point you in the right direction.
  • Instagram sales can be combined with website orders to save on shipping.

Payment Policy

  • Payment by Paypal or credit/debit card at time of of purchase.
  • Lay-a-way available- please message me to set up a plan.

Shipping Policy

  • Shipping is first class. If you’d like to add insurance to your package please let me know prior to paying. Generally your package is shipped the next business day after payment has cleared.
  • First class shipping Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Once the package is in the capable hands of the USPS, I cannot be responsible for it.
  • Any customs charges incurred are the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Paypal will send you a tracking number, if you don’t receive it please message me and I’ll be happy to send it to you.

Refund Policy

  • I want you to love your purchase. I’ll accept returns if you message me within 5 days of your order. Then you can ship it back to me and I’ll issue a store credit. Item must be in the same condition as when I sent it, unworn, and you’ll be responsible for insured, return shipping.

Additional Information

  • Message me about wholesale orders.
  • When you make a purchase from my website the shopping cart takes you to PayPal as the payment processor.  With Paypal you can pay with any method accepted by PayPal.  Even if you don’t have a PayPal account- you can still use a credit/ debit card to make your purchase.  No Payment information is retained by Azoho or this website.  Your order will ship to the PayPal address on file.

Customer Questions

I saw azoho jewelry at a show and I can’t stop thinking about a ring that I saw.  I should have bought it.  I don’t see it on your website.  Do you still have it?

Until recently my show inventory was separate from anything in my etsy store.  I found that this left me with jewelry that was packed up that nobody could see and a virtually empty store.  It seems when I make things they go directly into show inventory.  I’ve had a change of mind about this practice.  I’ve added eCommerce to my site and I’m adding items from show inventory to this site.  Send me a message and I’ll be happy to let you know if that piece is still available.

I own a brick and mortar store with a gallery.  I love your jewelry and wonder if you sell wholesale.

Yes I do. The minimum first order is $150 to ensure a nice collection for display.  There is currently a 50% wholesale discount.  The module is ready for use.  Please message me at hello @ Azoho.com for information and directions for use.
