April 2015 New Pieces and Live Event

Tomorrow I’ll be vending at Odd Duck in Hollywood, FL.  This is always a unique and fun show.  Everything is handmade.  (Not purchased beads on purchased headpins- but hand crafted everything!) I love this kind of Indie show.  The vendor previews have been fantastic.  Come out and support small business and handmade.

Some of the new pieces I’ll have are shown in the photo.  All of the stones were cut by myself and all of the metalwork as well.  Stones: White Buffalo, Turritella Agate, Sodalite, Crazy Lace Agate, Turquoise, Kambaba Jasper and Lava Rock.  I’m just going to say that there’s some yummy stuff right there.  🙂

I’m sure it’s 5 o’clock somewhere

w copy tanzI really like the simplicity of this necklace.  I knew I wanted to add a little pop of color.  This necklace features a tube set tanzanite cubic zirconia.  Tanzanite is a lovely shade of purple and blue.  And just to keep it interesting the stone is set at the unexpected 5 o’clock position instead of center bottom.  I think it’ll be a good reminder to not take things too seriously.
