Satin Finish Shield Cabochon

This jasper shield features a satin finish. Her colors are a creamy blend of neutrals. Cherry Creek Jasper was discovered in 2010 and mined in mainland China. Beautiful patterns and colors. Primarily Dolomite, it’s not a true jasper as it’s not chalcedony.  This material is natural, not stabilized. The back is flat. 

What makes Azoho Cabs special?

Hi! I’m Stacie and I cut smalls.  My cabochons are cut with a metalsmith in mind.  The back is flat and lightly polished. The bottom edge is chamfered. Although the cabs are small; wire wrappers are enjoying them as well.  All measurements are approximate and measured at the widest points.  Some of my cabs are domed and some are flattish.  Some have a glossy polish and some are matte finished by hand.  Appreciate the uniqueness of an artist cut cabochon.
